At BreederLoop, we want you to be satisfied with our Pro plan. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment.

Eligibility for a Refund

  • You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your initial purchase of the Pro plan (either monthly or yearly).
  • This guarantee applies only to your first-time subscription and not to any subsequent renewals.
  • Refunds for subsequent purchases or for users who have previously been issued a refund under this guarantee are granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, typically for issues like software malfunction.
  • Refunds are not available for subscription periods after the first 30 days, and we do not offer prorated refunds for annual plans cancelled mid-term.

We will process your request within 5-7 business days. Once the refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan, but your data will remain intact.
