Your privacy is important to us. It is BreederLoop's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our application.

1. Information We Collect

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used. The information we collect includes your email address, username, and any data you voluntarily enter into the application such as animal records, client details, and financial transactions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to operate and maintain the features of the BreederLoop service, to provide customer support, and to communicate with you. Your breeding data is considered confidential and is only accessible by you. If you opt-in to our Marketplace feature, your username, location (if enabled), and the details of animals you mark "For Sale" will be visible to other BreederLoop users.

3. Data Security

We protect your data within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We use industry-standard encryption and authentication practices.

4. Your Control Over Data

You can delete your account with its associated identifying data at any time via the Settings page.
